NHBC site inspectors will oversee the build of your new home at various key stages throughout its construction to ensure that it conforms to the required quality and industry standards.

All of our new homes are covered by either the Consumer Code for Home Builders or the New Homes Quality Code. The code applicable to your new home will be dependent on your reservation date, as detailed below.
