We’re delighted to announce the exchange of contracts on a 7-acre site at Rowan Avenue, Lowton.

Allocated within Places for Everyone (PfE) *, the site enjoys excellent connectivity via the A580, with easy access to the regional motorway and rail networks. Both Manchester and Liverpool are within commutable distance, making this a truly sustainable location.

Our proposals include two phases of residential development, delivering around 90 high-quality homes. Detailed planning applications for both phases will be submitted shortly, helping to boost much-needed housing supply and support local economic growth.
