Rowland is proud to announce the continuation of its partnership with Inspire Youth Zone in Chorley, pledging an additional £75,000 over the next three years to support the charity’s vital work with local young people. This renewed commitment brings Rowland’s total contribution to Inspire to an impressive £150,000.
Inspire Youth Zone provides a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for young people aged 8–19, offering them a place to go, a supportive team to talk to, and positive activities to engage in. With access to sports, creative arts, music, technology, mentoring and dedicated wellbeing support, Inspire plays a transformative role in helping young people build confidence, develop life skills and reach their full potential.
Rowland’s ongoing support over the past three years has helped Inspire deliver thousands of meaningful experiences for young people across the local community. The additional funding will help ensure the Youth Zone can continue to provide its diverse programme of activities, maintain its state-of-the-art facilities and offer crucial guidance and support from its team of trained youth workers.
Janine, Chief Executive at Inspire Youth Zone, expressed her appreciation for the renewed support: Rowland’s support is absolutely invaluable and makes such a huge difference - not only to our sustainability as a charity, but most importantly, to the young people we support.”
George Rowley, Managing Director at Rowland Homes added:
“We are committed to supporting the communities in which we operate, and Inspire Youth Zone is a shining example of the difference a dedicated, positive environment can make in young people’s lives. We’ve seen first-hand the impact Inspire has on helping young people build brighter futures, and we’re proud to continue backing their incredible work over the next three years.”
Rowland’s extended support reflects its ongoing pledge to empower young people and contribute to long-lasting community development.
