Filming took place at our Waddicar Rise development at the end of March for the second series of the acclaimed TV drama This City Is Ours.
It was fantastic to welcome the cast and crew to the site, and we're excited to see the finished scenes when the new series airs in October.
As is customary with TV and film productions, a location fee was paid for the use of the development. We were proud to donate this fee to two very deserving charities: the Alzheimer's Society, whose work touches the lives of so many people affected by dementia, and the Carla Lane Animals in Need, a local charity close to Waddicar Rise that provides care and support for vulnerable animals.
We're proud to see Waddicar Rise featured in such a high-profile production while also supporting causes that make a real difference in our communities.
