We’re pleased to announce that our Reserved Matters application has now been submitted to Stockport Council for a thoughtfully designed residential development on a 6.8-acre site at Lytham Drive, Bramhall.

The proposed scheme will deliver 60 high-quality homes, ranging from two to five-bedroom semi-detached and detached properties, helping to meet local housing needs while creating a sustainable and inclusive new community.

Subject to planning approval, Rowland is aiming to commence development in 2027.
