Available on all our properties, up to the value of £600,000, with an equity loan, only a 5% deposit is required. The government will lend up to 20% of the value of a property through an interest and repayment free equity loan for the first five years.
Interest is added from the sixth year and the loan can be repaid at any time up to, or on the sale of the home.
So what’s the catch? There isn’t one! Buyers will only need to secure up to a 75% mortgage from a bank or building society. Plus competitive interest rates and lower monthly mortgage repayments are usually available. Winner winner!
Whether you’re a first time buyer or upsizing, a mortgage guarantee could be for you.
A range of 95% mortgages are available on all Rowland homes in England, up to the value £600,000. Although a 95% mortgage will need to be secured from a participating mortgage lender, prospective buyers only need to save for a 5% deposit..
If you’re saving to buy your first home you could take advantage of a Help to Buy ISA. With this the Government will boost your savings by 25%
