It has just been announced that Rowland Homes has achieved ‘Gold’ in the latest, wholly independent, customer satisfaction awards. The awards, run by specialist market research company, In-house Research, are based 100% on the customer feedback that the In-house team receive from the Rowland customers who responded 6 – 8 weeks after they moved in.
In the survey year covering customers from 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2019, over 90% of customers said they would recommend Rowland Homes to their friends.
