Buying a new home is one of the most exciting times of your life and should be one of the most enjoyable. Rowland is committed to excellence in customer service and endeavours to make the journey to your new home as seamless as possible. Over the years we have developed a comprehensive approach to customer care and are constantly reviewing our performance to improve our service to you.

Pre-completion checks

We undertake regular inspections of every property we build to quality check each element, from the foundations, to the plumbing to plastering. Once complete, an NHBC representative will carry out an inspection of the property and issue a certificate to confirm build and safety standards have been met.

New home handover 

Before you move into your new home, a member of our staff will give you a guided tour of your property, demonstrating how appliances and domestic services like the heating and electrical systems work.

After care

Please see our Home User Guide where you will find a range of helpful information guides, user manuals and demonstration videos to refer to.

Looking after you now and in the future Rowland has a dedicated after care department to personally and efficiently handle any questions or queries you may have after you have moved into your new home.

If you want to report an emergency outside of office hours we would ask that you refer to and utilise the emergency contact numbers provided in your HUG (Home User Guide) or noted in your hand over pack.
