The health of all our staff and visitors is important to us, therefore we have put

the additional practices in place:

• Rather than a handshake we will welcome all our guests with a warm smile

• We have introduced additional cleaning to our already strict routines

• All Rowland staff have also been issued with clear guidelines around COVID-19 and the workplace

• Regarding any recent travel we will abide by the Government guidelines as recommended and ask that you also consider/respect our staff
