Super energy efficient new homes – save up to £82 a month*

The HBF have just published their latest report ‘Watt a Save’ which shows the potential cost saving and energy efficiency benefits of new build homes.

• New build homes emit 65% less carbon a year than older properties.
• 86% of new builds have an A or B EPC rating.
• Energy bills are up to 50% cheaper on new build houses 
• Owning a new build can help to reduce a consumer’s energy bills by up to £82 a month.
