We’re delighted to announce that we’ve retained our Gold award for the 8th year running in the latest customer satisfaction awards. These prestigious awards, run by the independent and specialist market research company, In-house Research, are based 100% on feedback received from Rowland customers who responded 6 – 8 weeks after they moved in.
In the survey year covering customers from 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023, over 90% of customers said they would recommend Rowland Homes to their friends.
