When Rowland Homes created their latest radio advert they hoped that the song would be catchy, so when one local fan got in touch to ask for their very own copy just before Christmas, Rowland were more than happy to oblige.

Tom from Leyland contacted the local developer to obtain a copy of the advert as his young son had heard it on the radio and enjoyed it that much he wanted his own version.

Sending not only the song to the listener, Rowland Homes also arranged for a goody bag full of RockFM products to also be sent.
