Paul Rowley, founder and Managing Director of Rowland, was brought up in and around the construction industry, so it was only a matter of time, and the right circumstances, before he started his own business. In 1993, the acquisition of a promising piece of land in Leeds helped Paul realise his ambitions and Rowland Homes was formed. From then on, the business has flourished and become an established regional player, with more than 80 developments stretching across the North West.

Land acquisition remains a key factor in the company's success. Today Rowland has expanded its territory to find the right locations that match the product range.
