A WIDNES family have compared their new home to . . . . . a tardis!
Becky Forster and Michael Dale swapped their three-bedroom detached home for a four-bedroom townhouse at Rowland’s Worrall Gardens after discovering how deceptively spacious the three storey properties are.
“We just couldn’t believe how big the Toulouse was. It’s a lovely looking house from the outside, but inside it’s like a tardis! It is extremely spacious and had everything we were looking for – a downstairs playroom for the kids, a separate family room, all the bedrooms on the same floor and a lovely big garden,” said Becky.
Living in St Helens, Becky, 28 and Michael, 27 had their eye on a Norlands Lane postcode for the past few years, but struggled to find a property within their price range until Rowland launched Worrall Gardens.
“Norlands Lane is the most sought after part of Widnes and we’d set out hearts on moving there now the children are growing up. We’d looked at a few properties in the area but they were either too small or too expensive so when we visited Worrall Gardens and had a look around the Toulouse, we were bowled over. I don’t think a lot of people realise how spacious and versatile three-storey homes really are. We moved from a detached house - that says it all!
“The best part was, we fell in love with the house – and moved within five weeks! We were struggling to sell our old home but Rowland took it in part exchange and completely solved our crisis, leaving us free to enjoy getting ready to move. We have had such a good experience with Rowland, the specification and quality of finish to our home is extremely impressive and the after care service is second to none,” added Becky.
Becky, a personal assistant and Michael, a quantity surveyor, had another good reason for moving to Worrall Gardens, for the couple are planning ahead for their children’s education. The development is located within the catchment area of the prestigious Wade Deacon senior school, where Elliot, 3, and Albie, 18 months will be enrolled.
