Rowland Homes is committed to excellence in customer service and endeavours to make the journey to you new home as seamless as possible.

Over the years we have developed a comprehensive approach to customer care and are constantly reviewing our performance to improve our service to you.

Pre-completion checks:
We undertake regular inspections of every property we build to quality check each element, from the foundations, to the plumbing to plastering.

Once complete, an NHBC or Zurich representative will carry out an inspection of the property and issue a certificate to confirm build and safety standards have been met.

New home handover:
Before you move into your new home, a member of our staff will give you a guided tour of your property, demonstrating how appliances and domestic services like the heating and electrical systems work.
